In compliance with the new personal data protection code we would like to inform you of the following.
				
Data will be processed lawfully and fairly, fully respecting a person’s rights. The data given by  Hotel Lapaul for a contractual relationship finalized by the presentation of offers, or in the form of contractual relationships, is handled a) for relevant documents to fulfil civil, tax and bookkeeping regulations; administrative management of the relationship; to observe contractual obligations; to provide support and information re services bought;
b) information on future initiatives or advertisements re our services, whether it be by the hotel or an external consultant. Data in point a) is handled by our employees, collaborators and external consultants to carry out the assignment conferred on us 
We would like to point out that conferring said personal data for the purposes given in point a) is obligatory and essential for us to be able to fulfil the assignment conferred on us. Vice-versa, it is not obligatory for the purposes indicated in point b): if consent is not given for this latter hypothesis, we will not be able to guarantee information on how our services develop.

The company hereby assures customers that data handled with or without the help of electronic, automatic means will be done so using instruments that guarantee data safety and confidentiality. This can include – respecting the limits and conditions imposed by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – one or more of the following operations on said data: collection, registration, organisation, preservation, processing, modifying, extraction, comparison, use, inter-connection, blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction.
The owner of said data handling is Hotel Lapaul, with registered office in Sirmione, Via XXV Aprile no. 26, Tel +39 030 916077, which will use said data for the above purposes.

 For what concerns… Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, . . . 1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exists, regardless of whether it has already been recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. 2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed: a) of the source of said personal data; b) of processing purposes and methods; c) of the logic applied to processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of data identifying data controller, data processors and representatives designated as per Section 5(2); e) of the entities or entity categories said personal data may be communicated to and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) of the State, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.  3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of said data; b) that said data be erased, made anonymous or blocked if it has been processed illegally, including data that is not needed for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) above have been notified, and also their contents, to the entities to whom said data was communicated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected.  4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:  a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though it is relevant to collection purpose; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out to send advertising materials or for direct selling or to carry out market or commercial communication surveys. ” We shall consider that consent has been given for the handling of personal data as specified in point a) above from the time this communication is received, unless the person does not consent which must be done in writing..
