Gluten-freeThe restaurant has been included in the AIC list (Italian Celiac Disease Association) since 2001; since then particular attention and care has been given to gluten free cooking including main meals as well as breakfast and snacks. All the courses are prepared with the utmost regard to the processing and origin of the ingredients used, which are chosen exclusively from a range of high quality and extremely varied line of products.The restaurant aims at providing an ever improved service through quality, wide choice and by not differentiating the times of the meals with or without gluten.
